Winchester Mystery House is one of the first built here in the within the valley. With allot of history behind it which gives it great interest. This late Victorian home was constructed in the 1884 till the death of Sarah Winchester.Built of the Great Red Wood frame make this home a very sturdy.Winchester Mystery House is reportedly haunted by Sarah and her late Husband. The haunting's even go further with many stories suggesting that the people who where killed by the guns made by the Winchesters. Sarah Winchester beleived that she had to continue to build her home to save her self from the spirits of the dead that are after her.

Winchester Mystery House was built up to 7 stories high till most was mangled and destroyed by the 1909 great earthquake. Today there is just but a 3 stories level suggesting that upper levels could not be salvaged within the residence.
