Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA), which is meant to restrict Americans' ability to participate in online gambling, another step in the movement to regulate and tax online poker is set for Wednesday July 21, 2010. Reasons for these laws if passed is to create a barrier from other countries from embezzling money from other places using a poker site as a medium to do so. Other reason is to stop the people who use credit cards from gambling with them.
