This process is used to prepare the coffee bean either to be stored or to be grinded then stored. The roasting of a bean is critical to the beans final product due to the fact roasting a coffee bean can sometimes cause the bean to become undervalued because it either was under roasted or over.There are over 740 identified flavor elements in a good cup of coffee. But yet most people don't experience but half of them. Because most flavors are undeveloped. The Roasting of coffee can ultimately make the coffee one of the most critical aspects of  the taste of a coffee bean.




Storing ~ Grinding your Coffee

Like all products we want them fresh so we know what we got is worth the dollar we spend for it. Coffee beans hold the same principal , keeping the freshness is the final product for the customer intact through every possible step of getting that best tasting coffee that we desire. Most coffee products are kept in a container or plastic sealed bag for proper storing,Its critical to have an airtight containment for for your beans.If your keeping you beans stored for more than two weeks its best to put it in the freezer.. Grinding your beans duration is best at a 9 to 14 seconds .Best to be advised that Bitter tasting coffee is grounded to fine, and Weak coffee is ground to coarse .


Brewing your Coffee

This is the Final step and is the most anticipated. Use up to 1 to 2 tablespoons per cup and adjust according to taste. The water should be boiled just below boiling for perfect extraction.For optimum serve within half an hour of brewing. Serving after brewing is best immediate.
