The Avengers
The Avengers was a creation to gather super heros to defeat foes much greater and powerful than they would be indivuaduilly so a stagegy was created to be led by Captian America to strategicially get the job done. The movies have allready gave a glimps to this coming in the ending of Iron man last movie.
Assuming that the other superhero movies would follow suit with the intergration of or implying that the Avengers will come soon.
The Avengers will later come across villians whom will join forces as well knowing that they are at risk of being irraticated.

SHEILD which is to form a group of super heroes to work together to defeat a common foe in this case its an alien invasion .
